Our Mission
To be a resource, strengthening our community by educating present and future generations in the evolving Japanese-American experience in Central Oregon. We do this through cultural exploration and opportunities for connection through delicious food. To guide us in this work we draw from the values found in our Japanese-American traditions.

JASCO celebrates the Japanese heritage and culture, thanks to Mr. Shin Nishikawa, who helped bring our community together.
We believe in the power of "totemo oishii Nihon no ryori" - really delicious Japanese food.
